Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service,") carefully before using the BidWatch website and services operated by us ("we," "our," or "us").


Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service ("Service").

1. Eligibility

To use BidWatch, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide a valid email address.
  • Create an account to access platform features.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your personal information.

2. Description of Service

BidWatch is a modern tender search platform that reimagines how public opportunities are discovered and accessed. By leveraging new technical capabilities, we simplify the retrieval and presentation of tender information. We are also developing innovative tools to modernize government contracting, making the process more efficient for businesses. In addition to streamlined search, we offer client services that connect you with procurement specialists to enhance your bid preparation and increase your chances of success.

2.1 Public Preview (Logged-Out Users)

Logged-out users may preview limited tender listings for general awareness. Access to search, source links, document links, and platform features requires signing in with an account.

2.2 All Users (Free Access)

Upon signup, users will be given immediate access to the Basic Plan, which they may:

  • Access limited search and retrieval features free of charge.
  • Use the platform for general informational purposes only.
  • Not receive personalized support or procurement consulting.
  • ANot be considered clients of BidWatch. No professional, advisory, or fiduciary relationship is created through use of the Basic Plan.

2.3 Consulting Plan (Client Services)

Users interested in advanced support may opt into the Consulting Plan by scheduling a consultation with our procurement specialist. A formal client relationship, including its duration and specific client services, is established and outlined in a separate service agreement. Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the project's scope and complexity.

3. User Conduct

By using BidWatch, you agree to:

  • Comply with the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 1, including being at least 18 years of age and providing a valid email address.
  • Not use any scraper, crawler, or automated method to extract data from the Service.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the platform.
  • Not interfere with the normal operation or security of the Service.
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Any breach of these conduct rules may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding on BidWatch are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission. You must also respect third-party intellectual property accessed through the Service. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

5. Third-Party Content

All tender information in our database is sourced through publicly available APIs or public indexing methods, and are linked to official sources. We do not host, modify, or redistribute any tender documents; all links redirect to the original source, and all content remains the property of its respective publishers.


Attribution and licensing information for original sources will be displayed in the disclaimer section at the bottom of each tender details page, where applicable.

6. Disclaimers

BidWatch is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee or warrant:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any tender information available on the platform.
  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Service.
  • The suitability or fitness of the Service for any specific purpose.

We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from reliance on platform content, including errors or omissions. We also make no warranties regarding third-party content or the legality, accuracy, or reliability of external links.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bidwatch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the platform.

9. Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for more than sixty (60) days may be deactivated and permanently deleted thereafter, without warning. Users can delete accounts via the user settings or by contacting us. Access to deleted accounts cannot be regained. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
